The liquid filter bag is the filter element in the bag filter system. The liquid filter bag is a key link in the filtration process. The quality of the filter bag largely determines the filtering effect of the user.

Filter bag materials are: nylon, polypropylene, polyester, stainless steel, PTFE, etc. The size is divided according to the filter: No. 2 bag, No. 1 bag, No. 5 bag, No. 4 bag, and No. 3 bag (large to small).

Liquid filter bag has the following advantages

2. The side leakage caused by no high protrusions after the improvement of the seam of the bag mouth has no pinholes and leads to side leakage.

3. All labels marked with product specifications and models on the filter bag are selected in a convenient way to prevent the filter bag from contaminating the filtrate during use.

4. Filtration accuracy ranges from 0.5 microns to 300 microns. The materials are divided into polyester, polypropylene and nylon filter bags.

5. Argon arc welding technology of stainless steel and galvanized steel ring. The diameter error is only less than 0.5mm, and the horizontal error is less than 0.2mm. The filter bag made of this steel ring installed in the equipment can improve the degree of sealing and reduce the probability of side leakage.

Suitable for filtering general industrial liquids such as electroplating E, D paints, inks, coatings, food, chemicals, grain and oil, and other chemical liquids; acid-resistant and alkaline fibers have high mechanical strength and can be used repeatedly.
